Bhindi - 2 Cups Chopped
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon
Salt - To Taste
Turmeric Powder - A Pinch
1. Take a pan and heat some oil in it.
2. Add cumin seeds, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and a pinch of turmeric powder. Roast it well.
3. Put the chopped bhindi to the masala.
4. Keep mixing it after every 2-3 mins. Cook till it shrinks and roasts.
5. Serve Hot.
